Helmet Wearing – The Construction (Head Protection) Regulations 1989 require suitable head protection, normally safety helmets, to be provided and worn when there is a risk of injury. Safety is paramount at Wire & Sky and a helmet is key PPE that a customer must wear whilst undertaking The London Abseil activity. If no suitable helmet can be found to fit on the head of the customer, they will, unfortunately, have to be turned away. With the exemption of any follower of the Sikh religion while he is wearing a turban under the the Road Traffic Act 1988 – Wearing of protective headgear.
