Competition Terms and Conditions

• Prize is limited to two participants.
• The prize will be issued as a gift voucher and valid for booking on an available date of your choice.
• Travel to the venue must be paid for by the entrant.
• Closing date of the competition is 11.59pm on Sunday 20th December 2020. Entries submitted before the open date and time and/or after the closing date and time will not be considered.
• Entry into the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
• There is no limit on the number of entries allowed per person.
• You do not need to provide any personal details for entry. However, the winner will be required to provide the details of both participants.
• The competition winner(s) will be selected at random after the competition closing date and announced within five days of the closing date.
• There are no alternatives to the prize, the prize is as stated and is non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Wire & Sky they are unable to provide the stated prizes, Wire & Sky reserve the right in its absolute discretion to substitute the prize for a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
• All reasonable efforts will be made to notify entrants of their prize allocation via Facebook or Instagram message but Wire & Sky are not responsible for entrants who do not claim their prize.
• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of the announcement of the winner.
• If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of the announcement of the winner we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future competition.
• Any entry which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Wire & Sky.
• By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, which may be amended or varied at any time by Wire & Sky.
• No responsibility will be taken by Wire & Sky for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost.
• Incomplete entries will not qualify for the competition.
• Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
• Wire & Sky’s decision is final.
• Winners must be willing to participate in publicity if required.
• All entrants to the competition will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstance that arises beyond our control.
• The prize draw is subject to the laws of England, Wales and Ireland.
