At Wire and Sky, we are continuing to follow the latest Government advice regarding COVID-19. Unfortunately, as a result of the most recent Government announcement of a new national lockdown from Thursday 5th November, both The London Abseil at the ArcelorMittal Orbit and the iDrop at the BA i360 in Brighton will be closed for this period, however, we hope to be back up and running as soon as possible.
We are very sorry to everyone who was due to attend one of these adventures over this period. All customers with a booking affected by this have been informed of the postponement and have been given information on how to re-book their experience. If you have a booking and have not received this information please email us and we will resend this to you.
2021 dates for The London Abseil have been released for bookings and are available to view and book here. We hope to have dates confirmed for the BA i360 iDrop very soon, and these will go live online as soon as they have been confirmed. We are also continuing to offer gift vouchers for both venues – the perfect Christmas gift for the adventurer in your life! These hold validity for 12 months and can be booked here.
For those of you looking to book at either venue, the following information provides an overview of the measures we have had in place over the last few months. As and when we are able to reopen, we will continue to follow the latest Government advice regarding COVID-19 and will operate our experiences with additional safety measures in place, in line with the relevant legislation.
Having been affected by closure earlier this year in the initial ‘lock down’ period, all our staff have been through additional training prior to our reopening, and they are fully versed in the additional measures in place at both venues which are there to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff.

We are continuing to honour all bookings that were postponed as a result of our temporary closure. All customers who were affected by a postponement have been sent information on how they can re-book their adventure and are encouraged to look through our operating dates online and re-book using the voucher code they have been given.
Anyone who has an outstanding Wire and Sky voucher which was purchased before our closure earlier this year is advised to contact us as we are offering extensions for qualifying purchases. If you have a third party voucher (e.g. Virgin Experience Days, Buy-a-Gift etc.) please contact the voucher company directly for any queries relating to your voucher. We are not able to extend vouchers purchased through third parties, however please contact us if you would like to book using your voucher or if you have any questions regarding the experience itself and we’d be happy to help
