At Wire and Sky, we are continuing to follow the latest Government advice regarding COVID-19. As a result of the latest announcement confirming the ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown, The London Abseil at the ArcelorMittal Orbit was is back up and running and we are pleased to announce that the BAi360 iDrop will follow, reopening on 29th May.
All available dates for The London Abseil can be viewed and booked online here. Dates for the BA i360 iDrop and can be booked here. We are also continuing to offer gift vouchers for both venues – these hold validity for 12 months and these can be booked here.
The following information provides an overview of the measures we have had in place to implement social distancing. When we reopen, we will continue to follow the latest Government advice regarding COVID-19 and will operate our experiences with additional safety measures in place, in line with the relevant legislation.
Having been affected by closures as a result of the ‘lockdown’ periods, all our staff have been through additional training prior to our reopening, and they are fully versed in the additional measures in place at both venues which are there to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff.
Venue specific information can be found on the relevant adventure page, and also at the bottom of this page – the following additional measures will be in place across all venues when we resume our operations, along with any additional measures that may be required by government guidance (please note that these measures are subject to amendments where government advice may be updated as lockdown is eased):
We are continuing to honour all bookings that were affected by a postponement due to our closure as a result of the national lockdown. All customers who were affected by a postponement have been sent information about how to rebook their experience. If you have not received this information please get in touch and we will resend this to you.
Anyone who has an outstanding Wire and Sky voucher which was affected by our closure as a result of the national lockdown, is advised to contact us as we are offering extensions for qualifying purchases. If you have a third party voucher (e.g. Virgin Experience Days, Buy-a-Gift etc.) please contact the voucher company directly for any queries relating to your voucher. We are not able to extend vouchers purchased through third parties, however please contact us if you would like to book using your voucher or if you have any questions regarding the experience itself and we’d be happy to help
