COVID 19 - Wire & Sky

At Wire and Sky, we are continuing to follow the latest Government advice regarding COVID-19 and are continuing to operate our experiences with additional safety measures in place, in line with the relevant legislation.

Both The London Abseil at the ArcelorMittal Orbit and the iDrop at the BA i360 in Brighton are currently open and can be booked though the website as usual.

Having been affected by closure earlier this year in the initial ‘lock down’ period, all our staff have been through additional training prior to our reopening, and they are fully versed in the additional measures in place at both venues which are there to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff.

Venue specific information can be found on the relevant adventure page, and also at the bottom of this page – the following additional measures will be in place across all venues as we resume our operations:

  • 1m+ social distancing rule in place at all times between anyone from different households
  • Staff will be wearing face coverings, where required, to adhere to the 1m+ rule
  • Staff will be asked to stay at home if displaying symptoms and isolate as per current Government guidance
  • Customers will be asked to clean/sanitise their hands before touching any equipment
  • Customers are required wear a face covering in all indoor areas, except where a medical exception is applicable (please be aware that Government issued proof of exemption may be requested)
  • Customers may wear a face covering in outdoor spaces if preferred, providing there is no risk of entanglement with equipment, however this is not compulsory

We are continuing to honour all bookings that were postponed as a result of our temporary closure. All customers who were affected by a postponement have been sent information on how they can re-book their adventure and are encouraged to look through our operating dates online and re-book using the voucher code they have been given.

Anyone who has an outstanding Wire and Sky voucher which was purchased before our closure earlier this year is advised to contact us as we are offering extensions for qualifying purchases. If you have a third party voucher (e.g. Virgin Experience Days, Buy-a-Gift etc.) please contact the voucher company directly for any queries relating to your voucher. We are not able to extend vouchers purchased through third parties, however please contact us if you would like to book using your voucher or if you have any questions regarding the experience itself and we’d be happy to help

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this, or are unsure of any of the information above, please do not hesitate to get in touch using the details below.      |      0203 198 0407
