Dear Wire & Sky Team,
We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, compassion, and organisation yesterday at our i360 drop. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the guys that were at the site helping our participants. They were all phenomenal – from getting us to start/finish on time, explaining the procedure to our participants, and encouraging them along the way.
We had one participant who was so terrified she was clutching the floor at the top of the i360. When she came down, she was shaking so much she couldn’t stand up from all the adrenaline. Your team member at the bottom took all the time she needed and helped her slowly get her legs back. He was extremely patient, reassuring and supportive. It made me tear up!!
In fact, this participant – Jo – has sent me an email asking me to “pass on my thanks to the abseil team that looked after me.” This speaks for itself I think!
