I love working at the ArcelorMittal Orbit abseil because every weekend I face different challenges from different customers from all walks of life. All the customers I meet share the same goal of getting down the 80m abseil but for many different reasons. I enjoy finding out all the crazy and mysterious stories that come along with “Why are you doing this abseil?”!
I love telling customers all about the different buildings and landmarks they can see by looking in each direction, including Dartford Bridge in the East and Wembley in the West to Crystal Palace Transmitter in the South, as well as everything else in-between.
There is no better feeling than getting positive feedback from customers when they return to check the view out on the observation floor and snap a selfie with you through the glass.
